Guinness is good for you.

The researchers told a meeting of the American Heart Association in Orlando, Florida, that the most benefit they saw was from 24 fluid ounces of Guinness – just over a pint – taken at mealtimes.

Think I can convince my beloved to pack a pint in my daily lunch?

Pregnant women and nursing mothers were at one stage advised to drink Guinness – the present advice is against this.

Sorry dear, guess I’ll have to drink your pint too. :)

    Aren’t I supporting your hobby so you can make your own version of Guinness??? You might have to take up another job or side work to earn the $$$ to buy a Guinness a day.

    I sure wish I would have known about this great research two weeks ago when I was at the Mayo Clinic. I could have enlighten the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases in the Deparment of Internal Medicine about this great finding. Well may-be not that great of a finding, but I’ll just agree with Adam and Marc and say bottoms up.
